Iredell Health System Future5 Recipients Announced by the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce
The Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the Iredell Health System 2023 Future5 recipients. Annually the Chamber recognizes five Greater Statesville area young professionals that are currently growing and excelling in their respective fields and positively influencing growth, prosperity, and quality of life in the community.
Launch of 'Iredell Ready's' Workforce Solution Paves the Way for Iredell County Jobs
Iredell Ready, a county-wide workforce initiative for the purposes of cultivating career exploration, promoting lifelong learning, and closing the skills gap for Iredell County employers, unveiled a newly designed workforce dashboard at the first Iredell Ready Workforce Forum on September 26, 2023, at the Charles Mack Citizen Center in Mooresville, NC. This colorful and highly engaging dashboard will serve as a “one-stop shop” resource to help students and residents, kindergarten through retirement, identify opportunities to pursue career pathways and employment with businesses in Iredell County. Additionally, the Iredell Ready initiative will serve to further strengthen partnerships with businesses by supporting their recruitment, retention, and pipeline development efforts to build a skilled workforce.

Doing the Right Thing—A Guide to Workplace Ethics is an engaging and comprehensive seminar specifically designed to equip business managers and Human Resources (HR) professionals with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complex ethical challenges encountered in today's workplace. This dynamic course combines theoretical frameworks, real-world case studies, and interactive discussions to foster ethical leadership and cultivate a culture of integrity within organizations.
Presenter Lynn Unsworth For more than 25 years, Lynn has provided HR and training for many industries. She is a lifetime certified HR Senior Professional and trained mediator. Her use of real-life workplace experiences and humor makes sessions fun and meaningful.
