A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site walk-though will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at the City of Statesville’s Warehouse located at 915 Winston Ave, NC 28677. The purpose of this conference is to explain the scope of work involved for this project. The City will not entertain bids from firms who do not have a representative attend the pre-bid.  A sign-in sheet will serve as the attendance record.
