Road Closure: Water Line Installation Prep on Armstrong Street

Beginning Tuesday, May 18, 2026 at 7 a.m., crews will begin prep work for a new water line installation on Armstrong Street. Work will include saw cutting the roadway in preparation for excavation.

Motorists should expect rolling road blockages in approximately 50-foot sections as crews move through the area. Armstrong Street could be temporarily closed at times while work is being completed, and delays are expected throughout the day.

The work is expected to take approximately 8 hours to complete.
