Join us for a lunch and learn with licensed acupuncturist and women's holistic health educator, Hana Miller. With a background in Western Medicine and a masters degree in Chinese Medicine, she uses her knowledge to she empower women to awaken their inner healers and bring harmony to their physical wellbeing, master their emotions, and align their lives.

In this lunch and learn, Hana will help women of all ages to learn how to align their hormonal cycle to their workflow to increase productivity and impact, master stress, create a greater sense of inner-peace, and amplify their bodies natural ability to heal.
