Why Attend?

This isn’t just another meeting—it’s your seat at the table shaping Iredell County’s future workforce.

Join business and community leaders who are actively working to:

  • Spend less time training entry-level hires from scratch
  • Build relationships with future employees before your competitors do
  • Connect directly with students through apprenticeships, work-based learning, and local education partnerships

🎤 Featured Speaker: Todd Carver

We are pleased to welcome Representative Todd Carver, who serves Iredell County in the North Carolina House of Representatives.

A lifelong resident of Iredell County, Carver brings a career of service and real-world workforce insight to the conversation. He has:

  • Worked as Basic Law Enforcement Training Director at Mitchell Community College, helping train the next generation of professionals

Now representing District 95 since 2025, Carver is actively involved in legislative committees including Higher Education, Finance, and Regulatory Reform, with a strong focus on education, workforce development, and supporting local businesses.
