The Historic Sharpe House

The Historic Sharpe House is available for short-term rentals. The charm of this historic Southern home is ideal for smaller business or social gatherings. You will be catered to by our famous footmen and enchanted by the atmosphere and elegance of a truly decadent event. It is conveniently located next to the Statesville Civic Center and Downtown Statesville amenities.
Events at the Historic Sharpe House are now priced according to needs for each specific event. The estate is no longer rented out as a space, but an actual working venue complete with event coordinator and staff for set up, serving and clean up. Chapel on Walnut

Built in 1870 as the the Chapel of the Cross, was completed in 1871, then renamed Trinity Episcopal Church in 1888. In August of 1891, Trinity Episcopal Church is the oldest in the city. Spacious enough to accommodate 94, yet it lends itself as a traditional chapel for an intimate feel.
Under the coordination and direction of Keith Rhyne and the Historic Sharpe House, a wedding at this site will be a most memorable occasion. In keeping with the style and standard of the Sharpe House you will be guaranteed an event of quality.
