New Whimsical Sculpture Installed in Statesville Sculpture Garden

Sculptor John Ross can only be described as an artist who truly loves what he does! He fell in love with sculpture in high school, although he has always loved to build things. After graduation, he went Western Piedmont College where he majored in Fine Arts but he really started figuring it all out when he took a welding class. After that, his visions became realities. Now John's studio and  yard are filled with colorful kinetic masterpieces inspired by his imagination.

On March 24, 2022, John's sculpture, "Scribble" was installed at the Statesville Sculpture Garden, located at the corner of Water St. and N. Center St. In addition to this installation, John has several pieces on display at Lee Dellinger Fine Art, located at 120 West Broad St.
