Water, trash, recycling and common area cleaning and maintenance is included. This is not a triple net lease meaning the landlord, not the tenant pays property taxes and building insurance. The tenant is required to have $1M of general liability insurance naming LMY, Inc. as additional insured. The tenant is required to have their own contents insurance (commercial spaces) or rentersā€™ insurance (residential spaces).
