Private cottage, one bedroom and one bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette. Walking distance to downtown where you will find great restaurants, shops, a wine bar, a craft brewery, art gallery (and frequently live music on weekends!). This space sleeps 2 guests. It has a king bed. Please note: Breakfast is not provided in this rate. Max. occupancy is 2. Also, well-behaved/trained adult dogs are welcome. (Max. # of dogs is 2). We do not allow cats or other animals.

The space

The Carriage House 1 Bed / 1 Bath includes high-speed Wifi, cable, off-street parking. Max occupancy 2.
Note: (Good news!) When you select the 1 Bed / 1 Bath option, the 2nd bedroom upstairs will automatically be closed off so you don't have to worry about someone else booking it (in other words, you won't be sharing a space with anyone else).
We are happy to welcome up to 2 well behaved adult dogs. (Any damage from pets will naturally be charged to cover the cost of cleaning and repairs.)

There is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven. Dishes, glassware, and silverware are also provided.

Other things to note

Our Airbnb guests are welcome to enjoy the large secluded back yard, pavilion, and back deck of The Inn. Please be mindful that traditional bed and breakfast guests will be staying in the main house. Please keep your voices/volumes low after 10 pm (very appreciated!). Smoking is only permitted outside. If you are bringing a dog, please keep them off the furniture and bed. Use a leash when outside and please pick up after them, since we have other Inn guests who also like to use the backyard area (There is a brown trash bin located under the white portico).
Lastly, if you plan to leave your dog alone, we require that you keep them in the downstairs kitchen or bathroom area and to close the doors to the bedrooms (or you can use your own crate, if you prefer). It's important to future guests that our furry friends don't get on the beds or couches. Thank you!
